We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding to join metals accurately according to specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal, pipes, and structural components.
- Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting tools and equipment regularly.
Skills
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work; experience with calipers and micrometers essential.
- Experience operating forklifts or other lifting equipment are a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high quality standards.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
