What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Sales position at Buss Automotive,Inc?
Capable of supporting advanced functions of the dealership. Selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls. Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives. Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc. Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards. Assist in store inventory. Ability to locate and stock parts. Advance parts lookup and sourcing. Working knowledge of automotive systems. Understand and execute instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Use basic math. Experience with Autosoft dealership software. Must have strong organizational skills. Ability to work one Saturday a month. Works with Service department dispatching work orders to technicians.
