What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Product Specialist/Sales position at Buss Automotive,Inc?
Inbound and Outbound Sales Calls, answers phones, directs customers, helps get vehicle ready for delivery, keeps showroom clean and stocked, may require snow shoveling lot, takes photos of inventory and load to website. Working knowledge of Social Media, Instagram, twitter, facebook). Must meet Monthly quota sales goals. Must have clean driving record and valid drivers license.. Must hold a current salesperson license or pass Salesperson license thru DMV within 2 weeks of hire. Works closely with various departments. Must have good time management skills and organizational skills. Hourly and commissions. Takes GM product training. Not afraid to close the deal.
- Greet customers arriving at the dealership
- Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
- Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process
- Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
- Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles
- Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options
- Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles
Hours alternate Monday-Friday and Tuesday thru Saturday.
