Role Description
The Night Shift Supervisor will oversee and coordinate nightly warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing team members, organizing and monitoring workflow, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and resolving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. The role also involves performance management, team training, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Olive Branch, MS.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in supervising teams, conducting training, providing feedback, and driving team performance.
- Operational Expertise: Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
