Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires operating a forklift throughout the entire shift in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to safety, the ability to work efficiently, and a willingness to work overtime. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Move and transport full pallets of product throughout the warehouse.
- Stage pallets for shipping and receiving operations.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Accurately place inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Frequently get on and off the forklift to inspect, scan, or prepare pallets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Meet daily productivity and performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift operating experience required.
- Ability to repeatedly get on and off the forklift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk as required.
- Must be dependable with excellent attendance and have own reliable transportation.
Work Requirements:
- Full-time position.
- Must be available to work weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
