Role Purpose:
Drive sales growth in fire safety solutions including fire detection, suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and fire protection equipment across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving revenue targets in the competitive fire safety market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire safety products and services in UAE/GCC markets
• Conduct site visits and technical presentations to architects, consultants, contractors, and end clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions for fire safety projects
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for fire protection systems
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management
• Stay updated on fire safety regulations, codes (NFPA, Civil Defense requirements), and industry trends
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Fire Safety / Fire Protection industry
• Strong knowledge of fire safety products: fire alarm systems, sprinklers, suppression systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting
• Understanding of fire safety regulations and standards (NFPA, UAE Civil Defense, local building codes)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
