You will work closely with business owners, prospective buyers, attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other professionals to guide transactions from initial engagement through successful closing.

What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with business owners interested in selling their companies.
- Identify and qualify prospective buyers.
- Facilitate communications and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.
- Manage multiple opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Guide clients through every stage of the business sale process.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
