This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires leadership, technical skill, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train install crew members on-site
- Plan daily tasks, delegate work, and maintain high-quality standards
- Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely
- Maintain job site organization, equipment, and materials
- Communicate daily with the operations team
- Enter accurate data, timesheets, and project documentation
- 3 years landscaping experience
- 1 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of hardscaping, irrigation, and LED lighting
- Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- $21 - $24 per hour
