Our client is seeking a Landscaping Project Manager to lead operations, logistics, and multiple crews for high-quality landscaping and hardscaping projects. The primary objective of this role is to drive project success by communicating daily with Foremen, ensuring safety compliance, and building strong, trusting relationships to fully support the crews.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations for up to three crews to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate the logistics, materials, and tools required for projects, preparing effectively for the next day and week in advance.
- Communicate daily project goals to Foremen while maintaining strict safety compliance and organizational best practices.
- Support crew members by building trust, cultivating strong relationships, and administering annual performance reviews.
- Direct snow and ice management operations during the winter season.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience in both hardscaping and landscaping operations.
- Proven management and leadership background with the ability to effectively oversee multiple crews simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to cultivate a trusting, team-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent time and priority management skills.
- Valid driver's license alongside a customer-focused, self-starting, driven, and humble mentality.
- Willingness to work necessary schedules, including long hours and Saturdays during peak seasons, as well as 24/7 availability during snow and ice management events.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience.
