Responsibilities
- Assist scheduling and field managers with daily crew readiness by reviewing work orders, handling material ordering and acquisition, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing truck/equipment loading.
- Serve as the primary liaison between multiple active job sites, crews, management, and clients to drive quality, safety, budgetary, and scheduling goals.
- Manage the final punch-out of design/build projects, address post-installation warranty issues, and ensure ultimate client satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic site visits at Estate Management projects to evaluate grounds and develop actionable to-do lists for maintenance teams.
- Organize and execute enhancement projects from start to finish, overseeing setup, layout, training, material sourcing, and invoicing.
- Make active field observations and interface directly with clients to identify, encourage, and develop new enhancement projects.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, loyalty, and ethical standards in all decision-making processes.
- Strong customer service orientation with a drive to maintain outstanding relationships and ensure the longevity of the client base.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with a willingness to learn and seamlessly integrate into a highly collaborative team culture.
- Uncompromising standard for workplace safety alongside excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive 90-day training and evaluation program upon hire.
- $70,000 annually
