Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate crew(s) of landscape technicians on residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the company’s high standards of quality
- Communicate proactively with team members, clients, and management regarding schedules, progress, and issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused job site in compliance with company policies
- Operate and oversee proper use and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to build a strong, high-performing team
- Coordinate daily production schedules and material deliveries for maximum efficiency
- Track project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and provide accurate updates to management
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction, installation, or maintenance
- 2 years of proven crew leadership or foreman-level responsibility
- Strong work ethic with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of landscape construction practices; ability to read and interpret landscape plans preferred
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors year-round in Florida’s climate
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Desire and potential to advance into operations or production management
