We’re seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead crews in the installation of paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and outdoor living features. This role involves hands-on work, crew supervision, quality control, and clear communication with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate crew members on residential and commercial hardscape projects
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and task delegation
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specs
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients
- Troubleshoot issues and adjust resources as needed
- Track crew hours, materials, and daily progress reports
- Proven hardscape installation and leadership experience
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Ability to read plans, operate equipment, and manage crews efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- $26.00 - $34.00 per hour based on experience
