High-end, award-winning landscape design/build firm is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee large-scale residential projects in the Sterling, VA / Washington D.C. area. If you have worked in the construction industry previously as a project manager or site superintendent and have experience in high-end residential management, including carpentry, landscaping, masonry, lighting and pool construction, this would be an exciting position for you.

- Manage and coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets to deliver projects safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Oversee field production and ensure projects exceed client expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with design/sales teams to align on project goals.
- Train, mentor, and develop field staff for high performance.
- Monitor contracts, budgets, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service and minimize warranty issues.
- 5 years residential construction experience.
- 5 years supervisory/project management experience.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Salary $90,000 -$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
