Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning and implementation of development user stories per iteration
- Track and manage daily core development tasks
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and development team in Agile ceremonies
- Provide guidance and prototyping for system enhancements and integrations
- Support Esri ArcGIS and AWS-hosted environments, coordinating cloud integration efforts
- Ensure code quality, test coverage, and adherence to coding standards
- Coordinate with core and extended teams to align development with interagency needs
- Ensure system security and compliance in collaboration with Cyber Engineer and Managed Services Lead
Qualifications - Required
- 5 years of experience in technical leadership on Agile software teams
- 2 years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Strong background in developing and maintaining API-driven, cloud-hosted systems
- Experience planning and managing development tasks in Agile environments
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, automated test suites)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications – Highly Desired
- Experience with Esri ArcGIS technologies (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro)
- Knowledge of geospatial schema design and spatial data integration
- Prior experience supporting interagency or federal government systems
- Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams (cybersecurity, hosting, implementation)
- CSM or other Agile or Scrum certification(s)
Compensation $113,000-$147,000 annually based on capability and experience
