Job Requirements
Procurement & Project Support
- Source and obtain pricing, lead times, and availability from vendors and showrooms
- Create and manage purchase orders, invoices, and tracking documents
- Communicate with vendors regarding samples, delivery windows, and order updates
- Assist with FF&E documentation and project organisation
- Coordinate deliveries and installations with clients, vendors, and trade partners
- Maintain an organised, well-functioning studio workspace
- Manage email inboxes, calendars, and general communication
- Update project files, contracts, and internal systems
- Support bookkeeping tasks (filing receipts, reconciling PO statuses, etc.)
- Handle shipping/receiving of samples, returns, and project materials
- Understanding of basic accounting for creating and tracking invoices is helpful
- Assist with drafting captions, organising photo/video content, and scheduling posts
- Track engagement, insights, and basic analytics
- Support content creation (behind-the-scenes footage, styling days, studio happenings)
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Must have a valid driver’s license and live in Los Angeles
- Previous experience in interior design, showroom, creative studio, or administrative role is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets; experience with design software (Studio Designer, Ivy, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and general social media tools
- Basic understanding of accounting for creating invoices is helpful
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
