This immersive role will collaborate closely with the principals to bring the creative needs of the company to life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an inspiring guest experience through warm, attentive front-of-house engagement
- Curate and manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement
- Support daily showroom operations, including phones, emails, and appointment coordination
- Maintain trade verification and contact management within the CRM system
- Partner with the sales team to assist with client inquiries, gallery appointments, orders, and client service
- Coordinate creative initiatives such as marketing, photoshoots, events, and collection launches
- Organize, update, and archive internal documents, files, and digital assets
- Oversee showroom deliveries, inventory acquisitions, and logistics
- Ensure the showroom environment is impeccably maintained and curated to brand standards
- 2 years of experience in a creative or client-facing environment; interior design, fashion, art, or the luxury sector preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, POS systems, and QuickBooks
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, adaptive and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Minimal Travel Required
- Occasional movement of objects up to 20 pounds
