Job Requirements
Responsibilities
Lead design and architectural development across all project phases
Manage and mentor small project teams, ensuring quality and precision
Oversee client presentations, budgets, and project coordination
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Develop architectural details and source materials that express the studio’s aesthetic
Manage all aspects of construction administration, including construction documents, zoning & building code review, RFIs , shop drawing reviews, , and regular site supervision.
Maintain strong accountability, organization, and follow-through across multiple projects
Requirements
7 years of experience in high-end residential design or architecture
Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
Strong technical and construction knowledge
Proven leadership and collaboration abilities
