About The Role
Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support our rapid growth and strengthen how we deploy, measure, and optimize our AI agents across customer organizations. As one of the first dedicated members of our Analytics function, you will own customer-facing reporting, performance insights, and data storytelling that directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and product evolution.
In this role, you’ll develop dashboards, write and validate SQL, and use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate analysis and improve data accuracy. You’ll work closely with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to ensure every customer receives clear, reliable insights into agent performance and operational impact.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer dashboards (Metabase) with accurate SQL queries.
- Deliver reliable KPIs and handle ongoing customer reporting needs.
- Define success metrics for new customer go-lives and explain AI agent performance clearly.
- Partner with Implementation, CS, and Product to align data with customer workflows.
- Use AI tools to speed up SQL, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Review and refine AI-generated queries for accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide insights to Operations leadership that inform product, customer strategy, and internal processes.
- Support leadership with operational, financial, and performance reporting.
- Ramp quickly on data structures and independently manage a high-volume analytics queue.
- Maintain clear documentation and strong data quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3 years in Business/Operations/Product Analytics or similar.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
- Strong analytical judgment; able to turn data into actionable insights.
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
