Entry Level AT&T Associate

Dynamic Marketing Concepts helps major telecommunications brands connect with customers through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. We are currently representing AT&T to expand its customer base through direct customer marketing. Our team environment is built around communication, collaboration, mentorship, and developing practical sales skills that support long-term professional growth.

We are currently looking for an Entry Level AT&T Associate who is motivated to learn, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to build hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and telecommunications.

As an Entry Level AT&T Associate, you will represent the AT&T Fiber campaign, introduce customers to available services, and help turn everyday conversations into meaningful sales opportunities. You will receive ongoing sales training, product education, and coaching designed to help you become more confident throughout the sales process.

Your Day-to-Day as an Entry Level AT&T Associate

• Start engaging in direct customer conversations, identify potential sales opportunities, and introduce AT&T Fiber services and promotions.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and use that information to create personalized sales recommendations.
• Explain AT&T Fiber plans, features, pricing, and available options clearly throughout the sales conversation.
• Answer customer questions, provide accurate information, and address concerns in a helpful manner.
• Guide interested customers through service selection and enrollment while creating a positive sales experience.
• Work toward daily and weekly Entry Level AT&T Associates’ team sales goals while using coaching and feedback to improve individual sales performance.
• Collaborate with fellow Entry Level AT&T Associates and leadership to share successful sales approaches and contribute to stronger team sales results.

Qualifications We Value in an Entry Level AT&T Associate

• High school diploma or GED required; college experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in professional sales development.
• Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to participate in ongoing sales training.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to contribute within a team sales environment.
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales team environment.
