Senior Global Supply Chain Systems Manager
Hybrid– 3 Days Onsite

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT liaison for global manufacturing stakeholders, building strong partnerships across operations, supply chain, and production teams
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT Solution Analysts supporting manufacturing and supply chain systems across multiple sites
- Drive the design, deployment, and ongoing support of technology solutions supporting production planning, manufacturing execution, inventory control, and supply chain operations
- Work closely with business teams to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for workflow optimization, standardization, and operational efficiency
- Manage implementation and integration efforts involving ERP, MES, and advanced planning platforms to improve end-to-end supply chain visibility
- Champion innovation initiatives by evaluating and introducing emerging technologies such as AI, predictive analytics, IoT, and automation tools within manufacturing environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
- Support organizational change management efforts, including user adoption, training strategies, and transition planning for new systems and processes
- Prioritize and translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions supporting planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery operations
Requirements
- 10 years of experience leading IT initiatives within global manufacturing and supply chain organizations, or 7 years combined with a Master’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related discipline; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations, including planning, sourcing, production scheduling, inventory management, and fulfillment processes
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies such as ERP systems, MES platforms, and advanced supply chain planning tools; Oracle EBS experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and modern cloud-based infrastructure solutions preferred
- Experience implementing advanced planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Oracle ASCP, Baxter Profit, or similar technologies
- Strong background managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating across business and technical teams
- Knowledge of cloud computing, analytics platforms, and operational data integration into Azure or AWS environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities
- Consulting experience and the ability to build trusted business relationships are considered strong assets
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma are beneficial
