Data Warehouse Engineer/Business Systems Analysis with hands-on data engineering and analytics. You will work closely with the internal development team while developing a strong understanding of the company’s ERP and MES system. You will be responsible for investigating data issues from end to end—identifying the root cause, troubleshooting the issue, and helping implement the solution rather than simply identify or report problems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data and system issues across the company’s ERP, MES, data warehouse, and reporting environments
- Trace data end-to-end through source systems, ETL processes, data transformations, and reporting platforms to identify and resolve data quality issues
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, including data cleansing, validation, and analysis
- Partner with the internal development team to gather business requirements, write technical specifications, triage tickets, and support ongoing system improvements
- Work across both data and BSA functions in a changing environment, helping identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and business systems
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, and/or Data Warehousing, with hands-on troubleshooting experience
- 5 years of experience with ETL and Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard and report development
- Manufacturing industry experience with ERP and MES systems
- Experience with Databricks, Fivetran, ETL, and BI technologies; comparable tools and experience will be considered
- AI experience with tool like; Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory
- Strong requirements-gathering and technical documentation skills
Salary : $115,000 - $140,000
