About the Position
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of commercial interiors projects. This position helps ensure internal workflows stay organized, timelines are tracked, and communication between sales, design, operations, and leadership remains clear and consistent.
While this role is primarily operational and behind the scenes, it is highly visible and impactful. Success in this position comes from strong communication, disciplined organization, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.
This is an in-person role based in Jackson, MS, with hands-on training and ongoing support from experienced team members. For the right person, this role offers meaningful growth and increased responsibility over time.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and internal action items to ensure work stays on schedule
- Proactively follow up with internal team members to clarify next steps and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, and updates across internal systems
- Support communication between sales, design, operations, installers, and leadership
- Organize files, schedules, and project-related information to keep workflows running smoothly
- Identify gaps, delays, or breakdowns in communication and help resolve them proactively
- Look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve internal efficiency
- Participate in structured onboarding and training to build confidence and capability in the role
- Support leadership with operational coordination and administrative follow-through as needed
