ABOUT THE ROLEThe Project Manager oversees commercial flooring projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time completion, budget accuracy, and client satisfaction. You'll coordinate with clients, vendors, and installation teams to deliver high-quality results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage all aspects of commercial flooring projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality
- Resolve issues and ensure projects stay on track
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
- 3 years of experience in project management (commercial flooring or interiors preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
