Job Description -
Working Model: Fully on-site Working hours: 8am - 4pm Key Responsibilities:- Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues.
- Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use.
- Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices.
- Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
- Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking.
- Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors.
- Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout.
Must Haves:

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or HSD/GED with equivalent field experience
- 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP or project management systems preferred
Plusses:

- Experience with Smartsheet
