Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, educate customers on insurance products, and serve as a key ambassador of our agency's values.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with personal lines clients
- Provide insurance quotes and bind policies across all lines (home, auto, watercraft, motorcycle, workers comp, bonds, etc.)
- Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and maintain client files
- Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service in person, by phone, or via email
- Work daily on the Nexsure agency management system to manage client accounts and workflows
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to support client needs

Required Qualifications
- Active 2-20 Florida Insurance License
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Experience using Nexsure agency management system required
- Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
- Experience with additional industry systems is a plus
