This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Customer Service Representative based in Orlando, FL. The Customer Service Representative will manage client relationships, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing support for insurance policies, processing claim information, offering tailored solutions, maintaining accurate customer account details, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide prompt, courteous, and effective client support
- Experience in Insurance and knowledge of policy products and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and demonstrate excellent Account Management skills
- Sales skills with the capacity to identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools for record-keeping and communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance or related areas are a plus
