What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center/ Appointment Setter/ Customer Service Representative position at Business Improvement Technologies, Inc.?
We are adding new territories and growing our team. As a Customer Service/ Appointment Setting Representative you would work primarily on the phone scheduling appointments with potential and some existing customers .
We have an training program that has guided our team to the highest levels of recognition regionally and nationwide. We work with a large retail chain to ensure a constant flow of warm leads for our Inside Sales Reps.
Candidates must be outgoing, competitive, have exceptional conversation skills and a flexible work schedule. Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is a plus. We offer competitive wage, bonuses, and excellent hours
