We operate four manufacturing facilities in Lexington, KY (2 facilities), Winchester, VA, and Henderson, NV that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. The Role: VP, Manufacturing
Your mission: Your mission is to build and lead a best-in-class manufacturing and operations function that directly fuels Framebridge's gross margin growth. You deeply understand the cost drivers across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, and through your leadership, analytical rigor, and cross-functional partnership, you ensure Framebridge is producing smarter, moving product more efficiently, executing new plant expansions and scaling operations for long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead all manufacturing operations coast to coast (5 facilities) and additional facilities as added; oversee a team of 300 employees
- Drive gross margin improvement through systemic and operational initiatives
- Develop and execute intermediate and long-range operations strategy and budget including labor, capital investment, profit & loss, and continuous improvement
- Developing, hiring and leading Plant Managers, and their succession plan.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team; create world-class onboarding, training, and skill certification programming
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery as the business scales to 100 retail stores and beyond
- Evaluate, select, and implement manufacturing systems and technology that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making; champion digital tools across the operation
- Champion safety across all facilities; maintain a culture of accountability and EHS compliance
- Partner with Customer Experience, Sales & Marketing, and Finance to enable growth and drive innovation
- Own Operational Excellence. Define and enforce standard for quality, continuous improvement and production efficiency across all facilities. Influence plant managers to adopt and sustain new ways of working
- Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive productivity and eliminate waste across manufacturing
- Own sourcing and procurement strategy to secure favorable pricing, supply reliability, and quality
- Oversee planning and analysis including demand planning, S&OP, scheduling, and inventory positioning
- Manage logistics, shipping, and distribution to minimize cost while meeting speed and art safety standards
- Present to and interface with executive leadership, investors, and the board as a strategic member of the senior team
Who You Are
- You have 15 years of total operations experience with a demonstrated track record of manufacturing excellence in a cost-competitive, speed-focused environment
- You have directly managed at least one manufacturing plant and view manufacturing as your passion and core competency
- You understand that in this role, daily plant operations are the job and you also bring the process rigor, analytical depth and change management skills to drive meaningful operational improvement
- You are a born influencer. You bring others along especially plant managers and frontline leaders daily
- You are technology-forward — you have experience evaluating and implementing manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, WMS, or similar) and you understand how the right tools unlock efficiency and visibility; this is a non-negotiable
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial management style
- You have experience with customized manufacturing, ideally within a D2C company or consumer brand
- You are deeply analytical and being ‘data-informed’ is important to you. You use data and metrics to drive decisions and build a culture of performance
- You have a proven track record of driving gross margin improvement through procurement, productivity, and quality initiatives
- You are a change agent – you win hearts and minds while driving meaningful process improvements that stick
- You communicate with clarity and executive presence; you can engage and earn the respect of both hourly and salaried team members
- You have built operations functions from the ground up in smaller company environments where resources are not always plentiful
- You have opened new manufacturing facilities and you know what it takes to stand up a new plant, from equipment and staffing to systems and process.

Salary Range: $220-300,000 annual
