The role includes managing a portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing support and follow-up. The Sales Account Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and collaborate with technical and analyst support teams to implement solutions effectively. Day-to-day activities involve in-person client visits, phone and email outreach, pipeline management, and consistent reporting of sales activities and results.
