Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Coldwater, MI team. Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Coldwater area.
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services (copiers, printers, managed print solutions, document management).
· Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
· Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
· Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
· Proven sales experience (B2B preferred).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Familiarity with office technology solutions is a plus (training provided).
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
