Job description:
- Ideal candidate will have eight (8) years of IT related experience
- ServiceNow platform administration and customization
- ServiceNow User management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard
- ServiceNow Workflow design and automation
- ServiceNow Integration with external systems
- Application of ServiceNow updates and patches
- Validate Security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards of OS and ServiceNOW application.
- Designing and maintaining ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes
- Maintaining OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and pdates
- Help design and implement ServiceNow failover activities and/or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario
