Job Title: Field Service Software Integration Specialist
Department: Profit Coach
Location: Remote (with required travel for client visits and training events)
Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday (with some evenings, weekends, and overnight travel as needed)
Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Primary Job Function
The Field Service Software Integration Specialist is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting field service management software solutions for BDR clients in the home service industries (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical). This role ensures smooth deployment, effective training, and long-term adoption of platforms such as ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, and Zuper to drive efficiency, profitability, and client success.
Daily Duties

Implement and configure field service software based on BDR best practices

Integrate new software tools with clients' existing systems and processes

Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation before go-live

Deliver engaging onsite and virtual training for office staff and field teams

Provide ongoing technical support and resolve software-related issues

Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation

Analyze client workflows to identify process improvements and efficiencies

Partner with internal teams to communicate feedback and recommend enhancements

Support sales and onboarding efforts by demonstrating software solutions to prospective clients

Maintain accurate records of configurations, trainings, and client interactions

Prepare performance reports to track software adoption and client satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience)

2 years of experience in software implementation or field service technology

Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, and/or Zuper

Strong understanding of home service operations (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)

Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
