Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Assist in dough preparation, topping assembly, and baking processes with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling stations and equipment, adhering strictly to food safety protocols.
• Support menu planning efforts by suggesting new toppings or pizza styles based on customer preferences and current food trends.
• Handle food service duties such as serving orders promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders.

Experience

• Previous experience in a culinary environment, particularly in pizza making or similar food preparation roles within the food industry.
• Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus for accommodating special dietary needs.
• Experience with menu planning, fine dining service, or catering enhances your ability to contribute creatively to our offerings.
• Strong kitchen skills including knife handling, meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices are essential.
• Restaurant experience demonstrating excellent food handling, food service, and customer interaction skills is highly valued.
• Familiarity with the principles of food industry standards related to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety regulations.
