What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at BUSINESS COMPLIANCE SPECIALISTS INC?
We are an Accounting and Payroll processing firm looking for a Receptionist who is interested in joining our Team! We are eager to find someone interested in growth and career advancement. Must have minimum 1 year experience in office work, customer service and must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer Calls
- Manage Emails
- Manage Appointment Calendar
- Customer Service
- Fill out License related applications
- Must have a reliable Car for time to time post office / license errands
- Payroll Processing (training will be provided)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- MUST KNOW how to use MS Office, Google Sheets, and Emails (will not train).
- MUST KNOW how to communicate (speak) in a professional manner
- MUST BE... Bilingual English / Spanish...Speaking and Writing.
- MUST HAVE...Good writing and verbal skills (must know how to compose a professional letter)
- MUST DISPLAY good time management and organization skills
- MOST OF ALL....GREAT ENERGY and FRIENDLY ATTITUTUDE!
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Mnm 1-2 year Office Experience or Equivalent
- Customer Service
- Basic Computer skills
