In this role, you’ll act as the technical expert for the applications you support—from Microsoft and cloud-based platforms to internally developed tools—ensuring they are reliable, optimized, and ready to support the business. COMP: $45/HR depending on candidate’s experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop deep expertise in the architecture, functionality, and workflows of the systems you support
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues quickly, communicating clearly with impacted teams
- Lead and maintain release management processes for configuration changes, updates, and data changes
- Manage user access, permissions & governance to ensure systems remain secure & compliant
- Optimize system configurations to ensure ongoing performance and stability
- Partner with vendors on system updates and releases, coordinating testing and communication with stakeholders
- Create clear documentation and guides for common technical issues while supporting more complex escalations
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and hands-on experience in cloud, systems administration, or IT operations.
- 3–5 years of systems administration experience, preferably with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- 2 years of technical support experience
- Experience supporting system integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, or automation tools
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#
- Experience working within structured change or release management processes, ideally including Intune releases or Golden Image updates
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Administration experience with cloud telephony, Azure Virtual Desktop, IT support ticketing systems, or enterprise monitoring tools preferred
