Our client is launching a global Oracle Cloud implementation and is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Lead to own key financial modules. This full-time, on-site role (Knoxville, TN or Dallas, TX) focuses on aligning Oracle ERP with real-world business needs—especially in finance, procurement, and inventory-heavy industries like food service or concessions. You’ll work closely with system integrators and cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation across multiple countries.
COMP: $120K - $150K based on candidate’s experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, Inventory, and related processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses, process mapping, and configuration workshops to align system capabilities with business requirements.
- Collaborate with system integrators and PMO teams to ensure consistency and quality throughout design, testing, and deployment phases.
- Support testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Drive adoption by contributing to training materials, documentation, and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Ensure the ERP design is globally consistent while supporting local compliance and operational needs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5 years of hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud functional experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, Oracle modules (GL, AP, AR, Inventory), and global ERP rollouts.
- Experience in inventory-centric industries (food service, concessions, retail) is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, drive functional design, and support cross-regional deployments.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with multi-country rollouts, particularly in the U.S., U.K., and Central Europe.
- Familiarity with cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory management in Oracle ERP is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle SEM or broader financial planning modules desired.
