Business Centric Technology is seeking an Office Administrator to play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our fast-paced staffing agency. You will manage office operations, support leadership, coordinate administrative processes, and help create a professional, organized, and responsive work environment. This is a hybrid direct hire in Addison, TX.
Salary Offered: $50-60k Plus Bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day office operations: supplies, vendors, contracts, document management, invoices, renewals, and basic facilities coordination.
- Serve as a central point of contact between leadership and internal and external staff, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, notices, and other business documents with high attention to detail.
- Maintain business records, org charts, distribution lists, certifications, and other documentation, tracking renewal deadlines and compliance items.
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and weekly/monthly reports.
- Support onboarding logistics, workspace setup, system access requests, and asset tracking for new and existing employees.
- Provide ongoing support and consultant care for external employees in the field, including regular check-ins, issue escalation/resolution, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a positive assignment experience.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, team events, off-sites, and company activities, including logistics, materials, and technology.
- Assist with special projects and process improvements that support operational efficiency and a positive office culture.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in office administration, executive support, or office management.
- Experience supporting leadership, including calendar coordination and meeting logistics.
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion with confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; able to build effective relationships across all levels and with external vendors and partners.
- Expert with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience in a staffing, recruiting, or professional services environment preferred.
