Director of Business Development – IT Staffing (Hybrid)
Location: Addison, TX | Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in-office / 3 days remote

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and grow client relationships within the IT staffing and consulting space.
- Partner with top-tier recruiters to deliver IT talent across roles like Application Development, Cloud, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Data.
- Sell strategic staffing and recruiting solutions while cross-selling across practices and markets.
- Prospect new clients through calls, meetings, networking events, and digital engagement.
- Stay sharp on market trends and technology insights to provide consultative value to your clients.
- Manage your business through our ATS/CRM and collaborate nationally to meet and exceed goals.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 4–6 years of IT staffing or Staffing experience along with a strong record of success.
- Established a network within the IT community in the market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and adaptable — you make things happen.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience matters most.
