Our client in Stoughton, MA is seeking a Full Time, Direct Hire Senior Industrial Project Manager. The Senior Industrial Project Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: providing executive level oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout; developing and implementing project execution strategies, including staffing plans and operational workflows; leading, mentoring, and holding accountable project managers, superintendents, and field teams; driving project financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and risk management; reviewing and approving major contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and procurement decisions; monitoring fabrication progress and supply chain performance to ensure timely delivery; maintaining senior level client relationships and serving as a primary point of contact; leading executive level project meetings and delivering strategic updates on progress, risks, and opportunities; proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, delays, and operational challenges; and overseeing QA/QC processes, project documentation, and final project closeout deliverables.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Executive Level oversight of multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Development and execution of project strategies, staffing plans, and workflows
- Leadership, mentorship, and accountability for project managers, superintendents, and field teams
- Full responsibility for project financial performance, including budgeting and risk management
- Contract, subcontract, change order, and procurement review and approval
- Monitoring fabrication progress and supply chain performance
- Senior client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Leadership of executive level project meetings and reporting
- Proactive risk identification and mitigation
- Oversight of QA/QC, documentation, and closeout deliverables
To be considered, you must have:
- 10 years of construction management experience, with significant exposure to structural steel, miscellaneous metals, or heavy/industrial projects
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or large scale construction programs simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and complex logistics
- Proficiency with construction/project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision making skills
- Ability to work in both office and active construction site environments, including frequent walking, climbing, and varying outdoor conditions (active driver’s license required)
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
