The Business Development team was established in late 2023, and since then has been on an exciting journey to support UEL’s Schools, Research Institutes, and Professional Services teams to develop, launch, and maximise commercial income opportunities, and develop strong partnerships with key local and wider stakeholders.

The role is dynamic and ever evolving, but some of the main duties include:
The ideal candidate for this role will be dynamic, innovative, and willing to grow. You should have strong interpersonal skills, a commercial approach to business engagement, and a hunger to achieve success.

About The Business Development Team

About The Job
The role is dynamic and ever evolving, but some of the main duties include:
- Selling of commercial income-generating services and products to external organisations and professional individuals.
- Establishing and developing relationships with external organisations through engaging in networking and other events.
- Supporting UEL’s Schools, Research Institutes, and Professional Services teams to develop, launch, and maximise commercial income opportunities.
- Managing the Venue Hire service.
