- Assist with new client onboarding
- Provide top-tier customer service

- Strong Microsoft Excel & Office skills
- Excellent communication & attention to detail
- Employee benefits or payroll knowledge a plus
- Bilingual a plus | FL 215 or 240 Life & Health license preferred
- 220 License and workers' compensation knowledge a plus but not required
