As we grow, we need someone who can operate at the intersection of marketing execution and client communication.
This role is best described as the “service advisor” of our marketing operation—someone who keeps work moving, ensures clients feel supported, and helps translate marketing activity into clear value.
You will not just “do marketing.” You will help ensure our clients understand, trust, and continue investing in what we do.

What You’ll Do
Marketing Execution
- Support day-to-day marketing tasks across active client accounts
- Build advertising accounts across different platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Help manage blog, email, and content creation for real auto repair shops
- Contribute to social, video, and educational content (including vlog-style content)
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve performance and processes
Client Support & Nurturing
- Provide strategic guidance to clients to maximize marketing performance
- Help ensure client requests, questions, and needs are handled quickly and clearly
- Track ongoing client initiatives to ensure nothing stalls or falls through
- Reinforce client confidence by maintaining organization, communication, and follow-through
- Help translate marketing activity into clear business outcomes for clients
Performance Reporting
- Compile and organize marketing performance data across platforms
- Help turn data into simple, clear reporting that clients can understand
- Identify trends, wins, and issues that need attention
- Ensure reporting supports both retention and growth conversations
What You Bring
- Interest in performance-driven marketing (not vanity metrics or trends)
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple clients and moving parts
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfort working with data and translating it into simple insights
- A bias toward action. You don’t wait to be told what to do next
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems
- AI-integrated task execution and process improvement
