Responsibilities:
- Build custom cabinets, doors, and furniture from start to finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Safely operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery, including table saws, jointers, sanders, and other shop equipment.
- Assemble, fit, and finish custom millwork components with precision and attention to detail.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members, foremen, and project managers.
- Assist with CNC machining or programming if qualified (training available for the right candidate).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in custom cabinet making or architectural millwork.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, joinery techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience operating or programming CNC machinery is a strong asset.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing exceptional craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
