Senior Product Manager, AI Platforms

Job Summary:

Bushel is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI Platforms to lead the rapid conception, design, and delivery of AI-powered product experiences. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, UX/UI Design, and AI-enabled application development.

We are moving beyond static mockups and long handoff cycles. This role is responsible for taking ideas from concept to functional, user-facing applications in days—not months—using modern AI-first development tools. The ideal candidate is outcome-driven, hands-on, highly iterative, and deeply focused on delivering real value to customers through exceptional user experience and intelligent automation.

Key Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Own the Full Product Lifecycle: Understands and defines product vision, user problems, and success metrics while owning execution from discovery through delivery.
• AI-First Prototyping & Delivery: Use modern AI development tools to rapidly prototype, build, and ship functional applications with minimal engineering handoff.
• User-Centered Design Leadership: Design intuitive, human-centered experiences that prioritize usability, clarity, and real-world workflows.
• Strategic Product Prioritization: Conduct internal research, customer discovery, and market analysis to ensure product investments solve meaningful problems.
• AI Integration & Enablement: Leverage large language models and AI services to power intelligent workflows, automation, and decision support within Bushel products.
• Rapid Iteration & Continuous Improvement: Incorporate real-time feedback to refine, refactor, and enhance applications post-launch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery with customer and business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in highly iterative, fast-paced product environments
• 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, or UX Engineering roles
• Proven ability to ship user-facing software products end-to-end
• Strong understanding of modern product discovery and iterative delivery practices
• Experience working with AI tools and platforms to accelerate development and decision-making
• Systems-level understanding of front-end, APIs, and data flows
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working with diverse personalities and strong-willed leaders
• Solid understanding of office management systems and procedures

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience building AI-powered or automation-focused products
• Domain experience in the US Agriculture industry, preferably in a product management capacity
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or workflow-driven platforms
• Familiarity with design systems and rapid prototyping frameworks
