Position Overview

The Claims & Compliance Assistant will support day-to-day claims processing, incident documentation, compliance tracking, and communication with vendors and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative work, and can work independently with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track delivery claims and incident reports.

• Collect, review, and verify documentation for claim resolutions.

• Communicate with contractors, customers, and internal teams regarding claim status.

• Maintain compliance records for Last Mile drivers and contractors.

• Assist with safety documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.

• Support the Last Mile management team with administrative tasks.

• Ensure timely updates in internal systems and databases.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).

• Claims, administrative, logistics, or compliance experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate.
