We are currently seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Ohio to join our growing remote team. This is an opportunity to handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision
- Client Strategy & Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases
- Draft & Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy
- Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction
- Client Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience
- Experience: 10 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- License:
- Required: Active Ohio Bar license
- Preferred: Dual licensure in Ohio and Texas
- Trial Background: Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results
- Skills: Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
- Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Work Style: Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment

Competitive Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 (slightly negotiable based on experience)
