What are the responsibilities and job description for the F&I Mgr position at Bush Auto Group?
The ideal candidate will have dealership F&I experience, a strong understanding of automotive lending, compliance regulations, and aftermarket products, along with the ability to consistently achieve finance and product penetration goals while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Present financing, leasing, and protection product options to customers.
- Secure financing through a network of banks, credit unions, and lending institutions.
- Maintain strong lender relationships while obtaining competitive approvals.
- Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and dealership compliance standards.
- Prepare and accurately complete all finance and legal documentation.
- Offer and explain vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, tire & wheel protection, and other aftermarket products.
- Maintain high product penetration and profitability goals.
- Work closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of changing finance programs, regulations, and dealership policies.
