We are seeking a highly skilled Trial Paralegal to join our litigation team in-office and support attorneys in preparing cases from intake through trial.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and trial exhibits.
- Organize and maintain litigation files, medical records, and case management systems.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics.
- Prepare trial binders, witness lists, and courtroom materials.
- Assist with jury selection, trial exhibits, and attorney support during trial.
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
- Communicate with clients, experts, and court staff in a professional manner
- Minimum 10 years of litigation experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
- Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court rules.
- Proven experience in trial preparation and courtroom support.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
- In-office position - must be able to work onsite at our Irving, TX office.
