(Base Pay Range: $16.75-$18.00/hour)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate an excellent customer service experience, while maintaining confidentiality & professionalism
- Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling.
- Refer customers to bankers, allowing for further discovery of products and services that might be valuable
- Balance cash drawer, daily, with high degree of accuracy.
- Appropriately gain manager assistance (Ex: should suspicious transaction activity be spotted, or additional clearance is needed for transaction amount/type.)
- Scanning work for image branch capture.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge Of
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Bank compliance, security, and operational policies
- Learn to operate basic office equipment and systems at teller terminal.
- Accurately count money
- Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Lift 50 pounds
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
