Position Summary

As a Full-Scope Electrician, you’ll install electrical systems for residential and commercial solar energy projects. You’ll work on generators, inverters, batteries, panel upgrades, and more. Applicants must be experienced in whole home wiring, electric services, service upgrades, residential and commercial work. This hands-on role involves new installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs—both individually and as part of a team. You’ll be a critical part of helping our clients achieve energy independence while growing as a tradesperson.

Day-One Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong experience with electrical systems, safety protocols, and working at heights
• Proficiency with AC/DC systems, troubleshooting, wiring, and conduit work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Skilled in using hand and power tools (hand tools required; power tools provided)
• Experience with solar and generator installations (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable working in attics, confined spaces, and on sloped roofs
• Ability to manage a job site and lead a small crew
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Regular, dependable attendance
• Smartphone/tablet proficiency for job-related apps and communication
• Veterans highly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Install and connect electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices
• Ensure systems meet NEC and local code standards
• Install and troubleshoot standby generators, solar panels, and battery systems
• Complete and maintain accurate job documentation
• Perform solar system maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, removals, and reinstalls
• Pull materials, stock vehicle, maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Support job site operations including prep, cleanup, and crew assistance
• Communicate clearly and consistently with team and clients
• Participate in continuing education and team development

Working Conditions

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Frequent work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
